These Terms of Service, including all the Realsignal Apps.
European Union, United Kingdom, and Switzerland Users For users in the EU, UK, or Switzerland, additional mandatory rights and protections apply under local laws, including the GDPR, UK GDPR, EU Consumer Rights Directive, Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, and Digital Services Act (DSA). These include enhanced consumer protections, digital service obligations, and data rights.
2.The Privacy Policy
Realsignal complies with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in Singapore. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy. In addition, we provide a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) process to allow users to make requests regarding their personal data.
3.Use of The Service
To use the Services, You may be required to register for a user account (“Account”) and provide certain information about Yourself, including Personal Data, as prompted by the applicable registration form.

The Services, particularly packet capture functions, must only be used in lawful and authorized network environments. Unauthorized interception or analysis of third-party data is prohibited and may result in legal consequences in many jurisdictions.
4.Your Use of Content
The Services and its contents, features and functionality (including, without limitation, all information, software, text, graphics, images, and the design) (collectively, the “Content”) are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You shall not directly or indirectly do any of the following:
- Sell, offer for sale, lease, or distribute the Services or any Content;
- Copy, reproduce, broadcast, transmit, republish, distribute, modify, prepare derivative works of, perform, publicly perform or display any Content in any way without the prior written permission of REALSIGNAL PTE. LTD. and its applicable licensors;
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices from the Content, or use the Content in contravention of any such applicable notices;
- Copy, modify or create derivative works of, or reverse engineer, decompile, translate, disassemble or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of, any software included in the Services.
- Violate any third party rights or any local, state, national or international law or regulation;
- Transmit or create any materials that are abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, libelous, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy or otherwise objectionable;
- Transmit any material that contains adware, malware, spyware, software viruses, or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
- Jeopardize the security of Your account or anyone else's account, or attempt, in any manner, to obtain the password, account, or other security information from any other user;Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Services;
- Remove, circumvent, disable, damage, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services;
- Create a substantially similar product or service thereto, or to any component thereof.
- Use the Services in violation of local intellectual property or consumer protection laws, such as the Copyright Act in Japan, Federal Law on Copyright in Mexico, Intellectual Property Code in the Philippines, Copyright Act in New Zealand, Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works in Turkey, or Copyright Act in South Africa.
- Use the Services in violation of local consumer protection or data privacy laws, such as the Consumer Contract Act in Japan, Federal Consumer Protection Law in Mexico, or Consumer Protection Act in South Africa.
- Use the Services, including packet capture functions, in violation of local telecommunications or cybersecurity laws, such as the Telecommunications Business Act in Japan, Federal Telecommunications and Broadcasting Law in Mexico, Cybercrime Prevention Act in the Philippines, Electronic Communications Law in Turkey, or Cybercrimes Act in South Africa.
Scraping or extracting data without permission, including for AI training.Excessive resource use or creating undue burden on services.Mining cryptocurrencies or conducting network attacks.
All copyrights, trade secrets, patents, trademarks and other intellectual property and proprietary rights in any jurisdiction worldwide (collectively, “Intellectual Property Rights”) in and to the Services and the Content are the sole property of REALSIGNAL PTE. LTD.. You do not have or receive any right, title or interest in or to the Services or the Content through Your use of the Services or otherwise.
You agree that your use of the Services must comply with:

6.Rights And Terms For Apps
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Realsignal grants you a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable to use the Software on the Realsignal product solely for your own personal noncommercial purposes.You may not:
- (i) copy, modify, translate or create derivative works based on the Software;
- (ii) distribute, transfer, publish, disclose, sublicense, lease, lend, sell or rent the Software to any third party;
- (iii) reverse engineer, decompile, reverse decompile or disassemble the Software, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code;
- (iv) make the functionality of the Software available to third parties or multiple users through any means;
- (v) benchmark or conduct any performance or comparison tests on the Software. Realsignal reserves all rights in and to the Software not expressly granted to you under these Terms.
- (vi) Use the Software in violation of local intellectual property laws, such as the Patent Act in Japan, Federal Law on Industrial Property in Mexico, or Intellectual Property Rights Act in South Africa.
- (vii) Use the Software to perform or assist in cyberattacks, unauthorized packet interception, credential harvesting, DDoS, intrusion attempts, or any conduct violating cybersecurity or criminal laws.
You agree not to do any of the following: Use, display, mirror or frame the Services or any individual element within the Services, Realsignal's name, any Realsignal trademark, logo or other proprietary information, or the layout and design of any page or form contained on a page, without Realsignal's express written consent.
7.Warranty Disclaimers
Realsignal Apps is designed to enable users to test and analyze networks, (Specifically, Packet Capture Pro is designed to provide users with tools for capturing and analyzing network data packets, intended solely for legitimate purposes such as network debugging, performance testing, and educational research). The Software is suitable for personal non-commercial use only and may not be used for commercial purposes without the developer's written permission.
Before installing or using Realsignal Apps, users should read and understand this disclaimer in its entirety. By using the Software, users are deemed to have agreed to and accepted all terms of this statement.
The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties, whether express or implied. In jurisdictions where disclaimer of implied warranties is limited (e.g., Consumer Guarantees Act in New Zealand, Consumer Protection Act in South Africa), the maximum extent permitted by law shall apply.
The use of this Software involves the following risks, which users must evaluate and assume:
- Data Security Risk: Captured network data may contain sensitive information (e.g., login credentials, personal information), and if not properly protected, could lead to data breaches or misuse.
- Legal Compliance Risk: Using the Software on unauthorized networks or violating service provider terms may contravene local laws and regulations, leading to legal liabilities.
- Privacy Risk: Unauthorized capturing of others' data may infringe upon third-party privacy rights, potentially causing disputes.
Users must adhere to the following requirements when using the Software:
- Use the Software only in authorized network environments (such as personal networks or test environments).
- Do not engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to data theft, dissemination of malicious content, or disruption of network services.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their country or region, including data protection laws, cybersecurity laws, and privacy rules.
- Assume full responsibility for all consequences arising from the use of the Software (e.g., data leaks, legal penalties).
Security Advice: Users should take appropriate measures to protect captured data, such as encrypting storage, promptly deleting unnecessary data, and avoiding the leakage of sensitive information.
Legal Consultation: It is recommended that users consult with legal professionals before using the Software to ensure compliance with local regulations.
The developer disclaims any liability for the following:
- Any losses incurred by users due to misuse or abuse of the Software, including but not limited to financial loss, data corruption, or legal disputes.
- The completeness, stability, or suitability of the Software's functionality. The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties, whether express or implied.
- Failures or anomalies in the operation of the Software caused by external factors (e.g., network failures, equipment issues, or force majeure).
This disclaimer is governed by the local laws. Users must ensure that their usage complies with local legal requirements. The developer reserves the right to assist law enforcement agencies as required by law.
For EU and UK consumers, nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive or the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
